David R. Brewer, Attorney at Law, PLLC officially opened its doors in March 2004. Because Mr. Brewer started his legal career with Houston’s premier law firms, and those particular firms are located downtown, the firm's client base was located primarily in the downtown and uptown areas of Houston. Consequently, opening the practice in Houston’s Galleria district (where Mr. Brewer still meets with clients) was a natural choice. The practice literally took off (flying solo can be both exhilarating and terrifying, all at the same time!), and Mr. Brewer’s client base began to build in the Kingwood area, where he has lived and raised a family since the summer of 1993.

The combination of commuter’s fatigue and growing commercial activity in Houston’s northeast quadrant prompted Mr. Brewer to relocate his main office to Kingwood in March of 2005, a full two years ahead of his business plan. Now David has the unique opportunity to live and work most days within five minutes of each other. The time gained increases productivity and reaps real rewards for Mr. Brewer’s clients.

The firm began its evolution from solo practice to full service law firm when another attorney with big firm experience and Kingwood roots joined the Kingwood office in late 2006 as Of Counsel.  The firm has continued to grow and add competent attorneys whose practice areas compliment Mr. Brewer's practice well, and enables the firm to service its clients larger matters with increased manpower.
