David launched his own law office in March 2004 with practice areas in real estate, probate, trust and wills, and general business law. He offices in Kingwood, TX, where he has resided for the last 14 years, to be near his three children. Stephanie, his oldest, was recently granted early acceptance at Washington University in St. Louis. Named Chair of the Houston Bar Association Charity Golf Tournament Committee for 2004-2005, Co-Chair of the Demographics and New Campuses Committee for the Humble Independent School District, Chair of the Economic Development Committee for the Kingwood Chamber of Commerce, board member for the Interfaith Hospitality Network (providing housing to homeless families), and active in the student exchange program for Rotary Club International.
